The Vacuum Welding Boom Arm is specially made to attach various elements like the wire feeder, cable, hose, and gas pipe to the cross arm. It freely hovers in the air without ground occupation and remains stable and smooth within the user-defined welding range.
There are three types of boom arms: main, rotational, and forearm. The primary arm is firmly fixed to the pivot assembly of the main boom arm on the column, allowing a 180° semi-circular rotation. A double-jointed assembly connects the main and forearm, enabling the forearm to rotate 360° apart, providing a wide coverage with no blind zones.
All welding devices, such as the power supply, wire feeder, welder settings, inert gas, wire, controls, and the optional fume extraction system, are installed on the boom column or arms.
